The Zafu ECO meditation cushion is ideal for traditional meditation practices such as yoga, Mahayana, Hinayana and Zen Buddhism. With a wide seat and expansion folds, it is perfect for sitting postures such as Sukhasana (cross-legged) , Siddhasana (full seat) or the half lotus position .
The cushion consists of a cover made of 100% organic cotton and a filling made of organic spelt husks , which ensures a comfortable and stable seat height. The practical carrying handle allows easy transport, while the zipper hidden in the pleat allows the seat height to be adjusted as required.
