It is ideal for meditating in a crossed-legged sitting position such as cross-legged (Sukhasana) , full seat (Siddhasana) or half lotus position .

The filling consists of organic spelt husks , which enable a stable and adjustable seat height. If you want to adjust the seat height to suit your needs, you can do this easily using the zipper that is hidden in the expansion fold of the cushion.
