"Yoni" is the Sanskrit term that refers to the female genitalia, not only in a purely anatomical sense, but also in their energetic and spiritual dimensions. Like our feet, hands, and ears, the yoni also possesses reflex zones that are connected to specific organs, which are activated during yoni massage. The yoni is also considered the "magical heart" of a woman, storing many secrets and pieces of information, especially unprocessed experiences. All these wounds, blockages, and memories are released during massage.

Michaela Riedl, born in 1968, is a music teacher and trained in Yin-Yang and Tantra massage. Since 2005, she has directed AnandaWave in Cologne, a center for counseling, therapy, seminars, and training.
