Yoni egg made of hematite (bloodstone)
The Yoni egg (= vaginal weight) from hematite (bloodstone) is a true "heavyweight" among healing stones and has long been popular for powerful pelvic floor training. (It is about twice as heavy as the rose quartz egg).
If the stone egg is inserted vaginally, the vaginal muscle immediately contracts reflexively in order to be able to hold the egg inside. This contraction activates the muscle tone and is therefore a welcome training for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles.
If this is combined with playful contraction exercises of the pelvic floor muscles, the agility (mobility, strengthening & relaxation) of the pelvic floor and its functions are trained and improved. Positive effects can be felt in sexual arousal, the ability to orgasm and in ensuring continence.
The hematite has long been valued and worn as a "bloodstone". Its healing effect is believed to be in the purification and strengthening of the blood.
