Triphala capsules
Triphala, also known as the three fruits, is considered the most important nutritional supplement and the most important rasayana in Ayurveda. It consists of equal parts of the three fruits Amalaki (Indian gooseberry), Haritaki (myrobalan) and Bibhitaki (green myrobalan). Amalaki mainly calms Pitta, Haritaki mainly harmonizes Vata, and Bibhitaki mainly calms Kapha. The combination of the three fruits balances all doshas.
For the Triphala herbal tablets from Classic Ayurveda, only high-quality fruits (Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki) are used, which have been dried at low temperatures (below 42°C). Compared to the usual air drying, this is the gentler method, as the natural plant substances are better preserved. The fruits are then ground into powder. The powder contained in the tablets complies with the guidelines for raw food products and was specially produced for the company Amla Natur GmbH.
