Ayurvedic special oil – Neem oil
Neem oil is a versatile Ayurvedic natural product extracted from the seeds of the neem tree (Azadirachta indica) . In Ayurvedic tradition, it is considered purifying, antibacterial, and skin-protecting. With its characteristically bitter aroma and high concentration of active ingredients, neem oil is a true all-rounder – suitable for natural skincare as well as for use in the home and garden.
Traditionally, it is used in Ayurveda to alleviate skin impurities, fungal infections, eczema and inflammation, and to support the skin's natural balance.

Application
Skin care: Mix a few drops of neem oil with a carrier oil (e.g. coconut, sesame or jojoba oil) and gently apply to the skin.
Hair care: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of neem oil into shampoo or hair oil; this helps against dandruff and itchy scalp.
Garden & plant care: Mix 5–10 ml of neem oil with 1 L of water and some natural soap, spray plant leaves – protects against aphids, mites and fungal infestation.

Notes
Neem oil is highly concentrated and should always be used diluted.
