Our virgin coconut oil is cold-pressed and natural, without refining or thermal treatment. With the fine taste of fresh coconuts, it is ideal for Ayurvedic cooking and is excellent for cooking, roasting, deep-frying and baking. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature, with a melting point of around 25 °C.
Coconut oil is the liquid form of coconut fat and has cooling properties that are considered pitta-reducing in Ayurveda. It is also ideal as a massage oil.
