Kizhli Blend for the Herbal Stamp – Strengthening and Uplifting
The Kizhli blend consists of carefully selected herbs and spices used to make herbal bags (Kizhli). This blend is traditionally used in strengthening and restorative treatments and promotes well-being.

The Kizhli mixture is particularly effective in cases of wasting and can be optimally combined with Lakshadi, as both have a nourishing and regenerative effect.
Ingredients of the Kizhli mixture
- marshmallow
- Ashwagandha
- Shatavari
- fenugreek
- Jeevani
Preparation of the herbal bag

Cook the mixture: Cook 70g of the Kizhli mixture with 200ml of water until the water is absorbed.

Add eggshell powder: Powder the shells of 2-3 eggs, roast briefly and mix with the cooked mixture.

Tie into a bag: Tie the finished mixture into a herbal bag and use it in the treatment.
