Effect
Natural medicine attributes anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties to rockrose. Laboratory studies have shown that rockrose polyphenols may be able to prevent flu viruses from penetrating cells. However, its clinical effectiveness in preventing flu has not yet been fully scientifically proven.
