Ashoka Arishta
With its tart, bitter, light, dry, cooling qualities, Ashoka bark reduces Pitta and Kapha. In this alcoholic food supplement, the aqueous Ashoka extract is combined with numerous other Ayurvedic ingredients. Arishtas are alcoholic food supplements that are produced using a traditional process of self-fermentation .
Ingredients:
Palm cane sugar, Dhathaki flower (Woodfordia fruticosa), aqueous extract of: Ashoka bark (Saraca asoka) 31%, Indian lungwort (Adathoda vasica), Ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), black cumin (Nigella sativa), ginger (Zingiber officinale), Chebulic myrobalan (Terminalia chebula), mango (Mangifera indica), Indian barberry (Berberis aristata), Cyperus rotundus, Indian gooseberry (Emblica officinalis), green belleric myrobalan (Terminalia bellerica), preservative: benzoic acid 0.1%
Recommended intake:
20 ml twice daily with the same amount of warm water.
The daily intake contains fermented extract from 12 g of Ashoka bark.
