Application & Effect
Start with about ½ teaspoon (≈ 1-2 g) of diatomaceous earth in a glass of water, on an empty stomach in the morning. Generally, take 1 teaspoon 1-2 times daily, drinking plenty of water with it. Also suitable as a course of treatment over several weeks. Can be used externally as a gentle exfoliant.
