Effect
The essential oil smells warm, sweet and spicy. It strengthens personal protection and supports meditation. It has a warming and relaxing effect when you are stressed or angry. It should only be used on the skin in a very diluted form, as it is irritating to the skin.
Please note: Use very carefully in children (not under 6 years) and people with high blood pressure. Only use locally, in low doses and for a few days, as this can lead to allergic reactions. Not suitable during pregnancy (can stimulate contractions).
