Porridge spicy - Kapha Balance
A delicious breakfast porridge from the tradition of Ayurveda - prepared in just a few minutes. Ayurveda recommends a light, warm meal at the beginning of the day. Sweet fruits such as apricot, apple and mango and slightly hot Ayurvedic spices are finely tuned to the stable, balanced Kapha type.
Ingredients:
Millet flakes*, rice flakes*, finger millet / ragi* (cora grain) 19.2%, apricots* 9%, dates*, apple* 6.8%, sunflower seeds*, mango* 1.8%, turmeric*, ashwagandha* (Withania somnifera root powder), ginger* 0.5%, Pippali* (long pepper) 0.5%, cinnamon*, black pepper*, chili*

Application:
Briefly bring a portion (approx. 80g) to the boil in approx. 300 ml of water, put the lid on and simmer over low heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, Sharkara sugar, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
