Nidra – Ayurveda for a restful sleep
In our fast-paced world, it can be difficult to wind down at night and get restful sleep. According to Ayurveda, an imbalance in the Vata dosha could contribute to nervousness, insomnia and exhaustion. Nidra, which means "sleep" in Sanskrit, is a specially formulated herbal combination that could help balance the Vata dosha and promote restful sleep.
Ingredients:

Piper longum (Pippali) : May aid digestion and have a relaxing effect on the nervous system.

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) : Traditionally used to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi) : May boost the immune system and help calm the mind.

Convolvulus pluricaulis : Used in Ayurveda to relieve anxiety and improve sleep quality.

Nardostachys jatamansi : May have a calming effect and help with sleep disorders.
Other ingredients:
- Thickener: gum arabic
- release agent: talc
Recommended intake:
Take 2 tablets before going to bed with warm milk and rock sugar or alternatively with warm water.
