Kizhli means herbal bag - it is a mixture of herbs and spices that is used for the herbal bag. It is very solvent and warming, which is why it is mainly used in the treatment of accumulations, hardening and deposits.

Combines well with Pinda Thailam in a pot, as this has a slightly cooling effect. Very useful for loosening the Nadis and Marmas.

Ingredients:

Coriander, fenugreek, radish seeds, cumin, celery seeds, turmeric, dill, gugulu, cress seeds, mustard seeds, camphor, Kunderikam (frankincense)

Preparation of herbal bags:

Wrap 60g of this mixture into a bag with a small onion and a lemon.

The mixture is used together with lemon and onions and therefore has a rather strong smell.
