What is a Hammam towel?
The traditionally made, hand-woven hammam towel from Turkey, also known as “Pestemal”, is a versatile bath towel that is ideal for use not only in the hammam, but also at the pool, as a scarf or even as a massage towel.
Properties of the Pestemal
The luxurious, soft and feather-light Hammam towel is made of 100% cotton. Thanks to its loose weave, it is particularly absorbent and dries very quickly. Over time, the Hammam towel becomes even softer and more absorbent, making it the perfect bath towel or beach towel.
care instructions
The Hammam towel can easily be washed in the washing machine at 40°C.
